About me:
My yoga practice helped me with my physical health, mental peace of mind, and it created for me a deeper understanding of life itself. I decided to become certified in order to share this energy, healing, peace, and calm that I experienced with others. Today, I’m a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and working towards my 500 hours and a Yoga Therapy Certification at Aum Home Shala Yoga school.

I specialize in treating physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual symptoms that debilitate you or keep you from living life to the fullest. I love to study and research the benefits of yoga for different ailments and I specialize in creating a class that addresses your issues, to begin to find relief and healing.
